Coyote Grande Crested Saguaro Sterling Silver Bolo Tie

An ode to my brand, inspired by my favorite crested saguaro... The Coyote Grande** Crested Saguaro Bolo Tie. 

Hand forged in sterling silver.  Black 42" leather bolo cord and sterling silver bolo tips.

A crested saguaro is the royalty of the Sonoran desert.  A deviation from the traditional saguaro shape, these beauties grow in unique shapes and swirls, many of which resemble crowns or fans like this one.  Similar to saguaros in nature, each piece will vary in size and shape, patina color, etc. - which is representative of the charm and variation derived in the handmade process.

INFORMATION ON WEAR: Please take care while wearing my pieces as natural stones and hand-made jewelry can be delicate. To prolong the life of your piece, I suggest you remove it while swimming, exercising, adventuring, etc.

Disclaimer: The nature of leather bolo cords, is that they may wear over time with the up and down motion/ friction of the bolo slide.

I began metalsmithing in early 2021 and am very excited to bring my new craft to a place where people can share and wear my pieces out in the world. Thank you for taking the time to visit my shop!

This piece is not cast or pre-manufactured. Special focus went into crafting the tiny textures and detail to give depth and definition to the design. The saguaro bolo piece and slide were completely forged by hand from sterling silver sheet metal and wire, carefully cut out with a handheld jewelers saw.

Please understand that handmade goods are never ‘perfect’ in the way assembly-line products are. You will find that every piece varies subtly in terms of color, stone shape, texture, patina, polish and metal finish
